My Story

My name is Alize Ng. I have been working in a few Multi National Companies

for about to 10 years, as PA/ Secretary serving C-Suites level, VPs and SVPs.

Having entered the real estate industry since 2023,  I've dedicated myself to

specializing in residential properties. My primary focus lies in providing

invaluable assistance to HDB owners, guiding them through asset progression

endeavors. Moreover, I work closely with multi-property owners to optimize

and restructure their portfolios for maximum efficiency.

I understand the challenges and uncertainties that come with starting out in this industry, which is why I believe in providing comprehensive guidance and support to newcomers. I believe with the hardworking & can do attitude, everyone has a chance to be successful in real estate career. Since last year, I started take up a new role as a trainer & facilitator in our division, conducting trainings, leading our people in prospecting activities, to support our team growth.

Throughout these years into real estate industry, my team is expanding. I'm looking for qualified candidates to join our big family Adrian Lim Division under Marcus Luah Advisory, PropNex. In our division, I will ensure that you have every support and guidance from myself and leaders. We are family cultured team with close to 300 agents including multiple times Top Achiever agents. I firmly believe that with the right support and mentorship, anyone can succeed in this field.
